How do I make a purchase? Visit our store, select your desired product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store? No, we sell exclusively online to ensure the best prices and global reach.

Do you ship to my country? Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and availability will appear at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.

What are the payment methods? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on supported devices.

Can I pay on delivery (COD)? Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely online.

Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed. Contact us immediately at ronydave.02@gmail.com if you need changes. Once dispatched, no modifications can be made.

Where do products come from? We work with logistics centers in the USA, Europe, and Asia. We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and stock availability.

I only received part of my order. Is this normal? Yes. Items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

What if my delivery is delayed? First, check your tracking status. If the estimated window of 5–12 business days has passed, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
