Return Policy

At Quick Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions below.

Deadlines

  • Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

  • Visible Damage: For items like broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once received and approved by our quality analysis, you may choose to:

  • Exchange it for another item in stock.

  • Receive a full refund for the product value.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate it, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible shipping label.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

  • Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

  • Inappropriate use of accessories or natural wear and tear.
